Step out of the noise and into the rhythm of the forest. Over three unhurried days on the Sunshine Coast, you'll be guided through breath, movement, ceremony, and deep rest — gently regulating your nervous system and reconnecting with the wisdom already living in your body.
This is a space to be nourished, to remember who you are beneath the burnout, and to carry that coherence home into your life, your work, and your relationships.

Loretta Cella is a certified HeartBreath™ Therapist, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and author of with Heart. With more than 20 years of experience, she guides individuals and leaders through burnout, nervous system dysregulation, and life transition using an integrated approach rooted in breathwork, somatics, heart coherence, and nature-based healing.

Abby is a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator based in North Vancouver. Trained in the Pause method and HeartBreath, her work is rooted in nervous system safety and a deep belief that healing happens in community, creating the conditions for women to release what they have been holding and remember who they are.

Dionne Paul is a proud member of the Nuxalk Nation and shíshálh Nation. Her ancestral name, Ximiq, translates to the first eyelash of sunlight that comes over the mountain to greet everyone in the morning — a name she carries into her work as a plant medicine woman, Coast Salish weaver, and artist with a Master's degree from Emily Carr University. At the retreat, Dionne leads the opening ceremony and earth-based nature art experience, grounding the circle in deep connection to the land and its living wisdom.
